Location: Mainstreet Market on the Park, Okeechobee
The Alzheimer’s Association is bringing the Brain Bus to Okeechobee! This mobile outreach initiative travels the state to raise awareness, provide information, and offer support about Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers (ages 18+) to help us connect with our community during this special event.
Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:
- Welcoming and directing visitors to the Brain Bus
- Assisting with setup and breakdown of tables or materials
- Handing out educational brochures and resources
- Supporting Alzheimer's Association staff as needed
Whether you can give 30 minutes or stay the whole time, your help makes a big difference in spreading awareness and supporting families affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
