Join the Chamber of Commerce of Okeechobee County, Okeechobee Mainstreet,Community Businesses & Organizations for a one of a kind Back to School Shopping event! On Saturday, August 5th throughout the community you will find "Red SALE Balloons" letting you know that this business is having sales and promotions in addition to you getting your back to school items TAX FREE ! As always we encourage you to shop local and support small business by "Buying it Here". In addition to all the great deals you will find, when you make a purchase you will be entered for one of the many prizes the participants have so generously donated.

As you venture downtown you will not only find great deals but you will discover our Ice Cream Social sponsored by our local civic organizations, Kids Activities, Demonstrations from some of our local children's clubs and a Back to School photo studio where you can have your child's photo taken and choose one of our low cost photo packages! We can't wait to see all the kids as they get ready to go back to school and enjoy those last few days of summer!
