Description
Join us during our Lakeshore Community Event on August 17, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We will have representatives from Martha's House, Trilogy Home Healthcare, Easter Seals Florida, Early Steps Treasure Coast, and Service Source. The purpose of this event is to bring a few community partners together at one location for the general public to stop by and learn about the services each community partner offers.
There will be freebies and a raffle for a $25 gift card to Publix. To enter the raffle, complete the provided "Table Ticket" by visiting each community partner table during the event and submit the ticket to an FCHC staff member at the event. The raffle winner will be contacted after the event.
